Paul has over 16 years of public accounting experience and is currently the Director of our Taxation and advisory group.  Paul also serves as a member of the White, Nelson & Co., LLP executive committee. Paul has a diverse background that includes not only taxation but also includes audit and attestation, as well as, experience in business valuations. Paul currently assists his clients primarily with multi-state business taxation compliance in the corporate tax arena, as well as, FASB 109 provision services.  Paul is also involved in tax structuring and planning for mergers and acquisitions, as well as other consulting related services which include, but are not limited to, business valuations and entity selection.  Paul's clients are Large, Middle market companies located in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire areas.

Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA)
