Salaries are competitive with national and local accounting firms and are reviewed annually.
Benefits
An employee with White, Nelson & Co. LLP receives benefits including 401(k) and profit-sharing plans; medical, dental, vision, optional life and disability insurance; tuition reimbursement; continuing professional education; bonus pay; and a cafeteria plan for medical and childcare expenses.
Paid Time Off
Employees receive paid time off each year for vacation, personal time, or sick leave based on length of employment, up to 20 days each year. Employees are also paid for seven holidays each year.
Memberships
The firm pays professional membership fees including AICPA membership, as well as license fees. Supervisory personnel are given paid memberships to the California State Society of CPAs.
Alternative Schedules
Part-time schedules have been made available for supervisory positions and include year-round benefits.
